great songs of bobby rydell. i enjoy listening to his music.the sound quality was perfect.however the one song Ain't That A Shame didn't play after 15 seconds.i didnt want to go though the headaches of a replacement seems it was only one song that i have from another cd i owned thats why i gave it 4 stars instead of 5

Bobby Rydell ist ein heute noch aktiver Sänger der auch heute noch (mit 75) in den USA sein großes Publikum zu begeistern weiss. Diese Box bietet 7 (LP) auf eine Streich und zusätzlich diverse Single aus den Jahren 1959 bis 1962, insgesamt 105 Titel !!! Hier zeigt er die gesamte Bannbreite seines Könnens. Bobby Rydell spielte gesanglich in der selben Liga wie Bobby Darin, Paul Anka was auch seine späteren Aufnahmen für Capitol belegen. Ferner hat er diverse andere LP's mit Neuaufnahmen sowie neuen Titeln eingespielt ( bei Amazon nachsehen) die allesamt wirklich großartig sind. Zu dieser Box bleibt noch zu sagen das die Aufnahmen klanglich wirklich gut sind. Das es keine Liner Notes gibt stört etwas aber die Musik von Bobby Rydell entschaedigt für alles. Also zuschlagen es lohnt sich ( auch für Leute die ihn nicht oder nur seine Hits kennen)
