No, it's not assembled. It's not difficult to put it together though, easy to follow instructions and guide holes already in place.

Q: Are the handles metal or plastic?

Plastic. The hole centres are standard though so can be changed no problem.

Q: What are the dimensions of this please?

Had I seen this product prior to purchasing, I wouldn’t of bought it. It’s poor quality, really heavy and splits whilst assembling. The wardrobe arrived with the edges smashed and needed to be replaced. The replacement arrived some weeks later and the company refused to take the broken one. I had to pay to get it disposed of, cost me £40. I was refunded £20
