Fan is extremely quiet. Most quiet fan I have ever used. Appreciate all the speed settings it has.Have it set up with the remote, the app, and voice settings using Alexa.To get it in the mode to setup voice; use the trick used to pair the remote to get it into that mode. Had no luck cycling the power.Also when you first set it up for voice; the default name is really long and you wouldn't guess it. So be sure to change it to something simple like light or fan.Also don't worry about the 'start torque' loosening up the light from the socket. It has a smooth start up. And the fan is very lightweight. Would like more in the future and hope the price comes down. This may be the best one out but the price is there with that.

First I like this fan does not force the app. The remote works great. I love the RGB fan so I can set the mood with it. The fan makes no noticable noise. It is easy to install and it is very bright l. The air flow is great for a small space or if you are directly below it. However if you are far away you won't feel it. Over all a good fan.

i almost never got it running but it works real good whoever makes this fan needs to make the writeing on the instructions bigger even with my glasses on could not read instructions had to figure it out on my own

Installed 2 high in 18 feet ceiling to reduce temperature stratification. Effective and discrete, mid speed is adequate and quiet. Some wobble at high speed but not an issue. Light is a multi-color so it will be used as a night light when needed.

Update: Still haven't received a response from the company despite reaching out. Unsure how often they have defects but just keep in mind that they'll likely send you a used/defective item or ghost you.Update: Customer support responded and said they would send me a replacement. They only had a white one in stock to give me but I said that was fine. When it arrived, I noticed the package had already been opened prior. The fan was dirty as well which indicated it was previous used. I contacted support but did not receive a response. I decided to plug it in and that I would just end up cleaning it. Well the light doesn't come on and the fan jerks back and forth, so I was correct in assuming that they sent me a used item. Also defective apparently.Original review: So I have loved these fans from the moment I unboxed them. I purchased four on 9/11/24 and had one replaced immediately but I can't recall why. I placed them in various rooms of my home, but the one I installed above my kitchen sink exploded today, March 7, 2025.. a blade was thrown across the kitchen with a chunk of plastic from the side of the fan. It was extremely hot to the touch and definitely makes me wary of the others in my house. I'm hoping it was just a fluke and I don't have any issues from the others I've ordered.

Has a remote you can use if you don't feel like downloading the app but the remote is very limited in features, but other than that this fan light is excellent.

Tiny and fragile

I love this fan/light. We got it for our nursery since the room doesn’t have a fan. This made it easy to have a fan and get air moving around the room. Plus the light is amazing!
