I participate in summer markets, and for the last 2 years, I had a tent that was a bit more on the flimsy side. I purchased this one for a couple of reasons - reputation of the company, pretty good reviews, and the price wasn't too bad considering I hope to be using this one for a few years at least!Well my first market this year, July 1st... we had an insane wind storm come up. Other peoples' tents were not so lucky, but mine (pegged and weighted down) did great. Even though it was pegged/weighted, I was still using both arms to hold it down... ugh - not a great start. But the tent held up!The water resistance was awesome... my second market of the summer season - it poured for a couple of hours, and I stayed dry... as did my table full of paper products - photos, greeting cards, etc... very VERY happy that all that I spent on printing all of those wasn't a waste...My tent last year would NOT have survived the wind / rain, so I'm very thankful for this one.

Fast delivery, all parts included as advertised. The bag with wheels is a great feature, because otherwise this would be too heavy for most people to handle without help. Put it up just now to make myself familiar with the process. I don't know how you'd do it alone, I think you need two people, otherwise it would be a huge struggle.It would have been nice if this product came with proper instructions, especially at this pricepoint. Instead, the "manual" includes only general and very brief instructions for any kind of canopy tent. No mention of the walls, no mention of the awning (which we figured out with a little trial and error), and no mention of the prop-up piece for the centre! We had to take down everything to insert it and then put up everything again.Another problem is that I don't think most weights that aren't sand or water bags would fit the legs, because of the plastic parts at the bottom used to pin the legs to the ground on soil. I was thinking of buying extras, because the sand bags don't look like they could hold the tent in strong winds. I might be wrong about that, and I might also be wrong about not being able to attach extra weights. If this is a concern for you, I suggest you do more research.Ultimately, the tent seems good enough and I can't wait to use it as a vendor at a market (which is what I bought it for). The one star subtraction of my rating is for the lack of proper instructions. I'd expect that from a $100 canopy without awning and sidewalls made in China, but not from a $350 US product.

The material of the side walls is very thin. I already have the same canopy but larger and it got a tear in it the first summer I used it. I did not want a repeat of that so I sent it back.

Really great tent I love it. I especially love the awning. What a great little detail to elevate the appearance. Only thing I wish it had was weights or a way to anchor the centre bottoms of the walls so when the wind picks up it could be a little more stable and a bigger storage bag so I didn’t have to struggle to get everything into it. Other than that it’s great.

The shelter is well made and the initial set up of the canopy itself was easy for two people, although it takes some arm strength to raise up the poles. It didn't come with instructions but ABC's customer service department quickly emailed a basic diagram, but not a clear enough depiction of how to install the awning (which is also not shown in any of numerous YouTube videos). The wheeled carrying case is convenient, especially since the shelter is quite heavy. The case has one outer pocket, but it is too short to contain the awning fixtures and too deep for putting in small items, such as stakes and rope. Based on previous experience with ABC shelters by a volunteer group I belong to, I can attest that it is very water repellent and perhaps even fully waterproof.
