I messaged the company to request a heart placed next to the name. They were super quick to respond and had very good customer service. The item arrived fairly quickly, I was impressed. The rose gold color is gorgeous.My only disappointment was how shallow the engraving was done. I was hoping for deeper letters, so that you could see it more clearly. Also, the letters aren't as spaced apart as what the photos depecit. I wish I would've gotten the chain one size smaller, but that is my own fault. Also, the necklace chain arrived knotted in the box. All in all, it is a very beautiful necklace for the price you give!

Beautiful but longer than wanted
Bought this as a gift for my aunt and I ordered a 16’ and it must have been an 18’ or 20’ because it was very long. I also wish the engraving was a little longer. Overall it was a beautiful gift and she loved it. She can never find her name so she was glad she did!
