I love this container. It looks better than keeping an open bag of dog food on the counter. Great buy too.

I purchased a large bag of cat food and needed a smaller storage container to keep near my kittens food bowl. This container was perfect, the pour spout is great and the lid can be used for scooping.

Well made, but, as the picture shows, does NOT hold even 6 lbs of cat kibble! The left-over is shown next to the full container...too bad...I wanted to give it a "5"!

We are the owner’s a two new puppies and as such had a need to store their dry puppy food. The “resealable” bags they come in often don’t reseal tightly and since it takes a while to go through a bag of food we needed a way to easily dispense it and keep it fresh.I came across this 5L Plastic Dog Food container and thought it hit just the right spot in terms of size, fitting under our sink, and its ability to keep food fresh.My wife was curious about the freshness part so I actually tested by placing a slice of fresh bread in the container and sealing it. I left it there for several days and checked it this morning. The slice of bread was still fresh, more fresh than the rest of the loaf in its plastic bag.Finally, the container holds our bag of puppy food. Nice container, perfect for its purpose.

It’s a great container. I honestly am not sure how sealed it is though. I find the top that can screw on and off being super easy to fall off sometimes when I’m trying to close it. Besides that it’s been great and can hold a good amount of food.

I love this container. I need to buy another one because when it's empty I'm conflicted about what I want to use it for. I wanted this one to hold cereal that I took to work for breakfasts during the week and I've been really happy with it. It is easy to fill, the lid snaps on nicely but you don't have to fight it, the little cup/lid is a cool idea if you believed in portion control (I should) and it is infinitly better that hauling a big square box of Cheerios to work and forgetting to roll down the inner bag so that by Monday morning you gotta eat stale Cheerios. I'm planning to get another couple for cat food and bulk old fashioned oats for my smoothies and overnight oats.

The item did arrive on time; however, the main reason I purchased this container was because it said it would hold 7 lbs. My bag of kitten food is exactly 7 lbs and the contents would not all fit in the container so I am still left with a bag of food to hide away.
