Redber Brazil Santos, Coffee Roasted to Order (Medium, Beans 1kg)

great coffee and delivery is fast. it's great to have freshly roasted beans!

Good beans, roasted a 4 or so days before delivery according to date stamp. Nice fresh roast smell suggests the date is genuine. These are now my favourite beans for use in our Gaggia Classic. Nice nutty, sweet espresso with a bit of richness. I prefer them to Lavazza as they give much better crema in our machine, almost as good as Kimbo Espresso Extra cream but have slightly nicer flavour. Think the impressive crema is likely a result of them not sitting very long in a roasted condition. If I had more time and didn't have two young children pestering me I'd buy and home popcorn roast green beans from el-salvador (favourite tast so far) but I don't have the time anymore. These are a better flavour than most and also a fair price coupled with a great crema.

Very good coffee beans

Although the flavour of these beans is nice, I bought them based on a previous review that said they were good for making espresso. They didn't produce good crema in my machine and the I felt they lacked body for espresso. They were better in a french press, but not outstanding.

I like it good coffee.
