Best GF linguine I have found!
The texture of this pasta is very good. It held up to being frozen and reheated without loss of texture integrity. The taste is much better than I expected, not tasting like peas at all. It is worth the money for the few times a years a want linguine. I like the higher protein and fiber with fewer carbs as well.

ZenB pastas are a treasure
I always keep lots of their pasta on hand (and you can get it in larger quantities at their web site as well, though it won't arrive as soon). High in protein and nutrients. Tastes wonderful. Gluten free. Experiment to find your perfect cooking time, though, because it matters a lot. I boil the linguine for 7 minutes.

Good taste
I'm on a low carb diet and really missed pasta I was amazed how good this tasted added a extra pound of hamburger to cut the ratio of pasta down little extra seasoning. Now the scales will tell me if I'm being good 👍

Tasty, Firm Noodles
These are some of the best wheat replacement noodles you can get, especially of the high protein variety.The flavor is relatively neutral and takes on the flavor of whatever sauce you put in it. The noodle stays together and firm throughout the cooking and eating process, and has a nice bite to it in your mouth.If you're looking to avoid wheat for whatever reason, I highly recommend Zenb. This is an excellent product.The price is the only negative. So glad they came out with linguini!
This is my favorite gluten/grain/bean free pasta. Especially because they have lasagna noodles and linguini, which can be hard to find. I made a yummy puttenesca style sauce with garlic, tomatoes, capers and basil with this linguini and it was soo good. The main thin with this pasta is to really be checking it as it can overcook quickly. But overall, yummy with good shape options
