For someone else, they could be perfect. (Note: the pink is darker and less peachy than in my photos. A true bubblegum pink just edging towards pastel. And the blue is quite rich, not pastel at all.)I am returning this because the large size and color intensity just don’t go with my collection, but I hope this cup designer takes off because I love so many elements of their style. I would definitely buy from them in the future.

I love collecting ornate little teacups and when I saw this I just had to buy it! It's even more beautiful in person and as another reviewer noted while the listing pictures make the inside of the cup and saucer look white it is in fact a pepto bismal pink. I knew this when ordering so wasn't surprised and I love the extra color. It is delicate looking and so pretty but has enough heft to it that I'm not afraid I'll break it. The box it came in is adorable as well and it was packaged very well so there's no damage to your product. I just really hope the company comes out with even more colors in this set so I can collect a rainbow! I already ordered the other green/purple cup with the same gold designs on it.

I bought this along with a loose leaf tea strainer and some assorted teas. The box was so pretty on its own that I didn't need to gift wrap it. I gave it to a coworker who loves tea. It was fancy and special without being expensive.

I didn’t realize the inside was a light pink, but honestly it’s such a pretty cup, I don’t mind at all.
