Tilda Microwave Hot Firecracker Basmati Rice, 250g

I get home late quite often and used to grab something on the way home. Nowadays I skip the rubbish and have stuff like this tasty rice with Piri Piri mackerel fillets and also with Chargrilled chilli chicken breasts and it works great with both. I just add some sweetcorn and peas with a nob of butter and freshly ground black pepper on the side and it's makes for a satisfying meal every time.

Tilda rides are the only one I would eat from a sachet. They always taste great and they don’t stick together or look unnatural like other satchet rices. The firecracker is lovely with a salmon fillet or tuna and sweet chilli sauce
