Nice and clear best purchase of my life
I don’t know how anyone could possibly give this a bad rating. Sure it comes rolled up but if it wasn’t able to roll you would have to pay a fortune in shipping I bought this last year and it’s still in great shape and I have cats that sit right there to look out into the backyard and they have even scratched in it trying to get out and there isn’t a scratch on it so it’s also scratch proof and easy to clean as long as you use a plastic sheet cleaner they come out like new. I will be buying another which is the largest size they make so I can have the whole front side of my patio with clear walls. This is what I used to basically enclose my patio so it’s an extra large room with great lighting and the feel of being outside

Terrible
This stuff is impossible to work with since it’s rolled tight and will not flatten out no matter what I tried. If you’re using this for a rounded or rolled project, it may work. Very hard to cut as well. I ended up throwing the entire thing away. Waste of time and money

repels critters
I had a problem with raccoons coming through screen on back porch. I installed the clear polycarbonate over the screen. That night the raccoon tried to come in again but could not get through. There are intentions wher

brutal to work with - cannot cut more than a foot of it with scissors
If you think that you are going to cut this with scissors, you would be sorely mistaken. It is brutal--stays in a roll and cannot get it flat at all. Scissors will cut the first foot or so, but after that, they do not work. This is really awful to work with.

Inexpensive Hobby Solution
This product is a challenge to flatten. It's an art. I could not get it perfect but good enough for a dust cover over a model train set. Rolling it out flat under weights, i.e. lots of books, for three days only helps just a little. Best to have a flat clean smooth surface like a sheet of clean plywood. Lay the plastic down, uncurled with a bunch of books on top. Then cut to size. Expose a 6-12" section at a time of the cut plastic less its protective sheets, front and back. Take a heat gun, ~2000 watt model. Hold it a few inches from the plastic moving it constantly side to side in order to heat up the plastic until it just softens enough to lay flat while working the plastic flat with your hand in a thick cotton clean work glove. Repeat. Note: Too much heat and you'll get a white spot. Also, factor in 1% shrinkage when sizing. If you need perfectly flat sheets, you'll can pay 2-5 times more for sheets from a local plastic sheet fabrication shop or hardware store.

Product is not close to the impression the product page photo depicts.
If you think you’re getting a sheet easily unrolled or at all pliable, think again. I’ve had giant garage door springs with less coiled tension than this stuff. It suggests 72 hours under weight should flatten it out. An excess of 140 hours in addition to directed heat from a heat lamp barely dented a 5 foot piece while the 3 foot piece showed zero relaxation. The stuff is zero conforming, difficult to cut, zero pliable. In attempting to counter roll the 3 foot length with the thought that it might counter act the curl, the task was impossible and nothing could contain it. The resulting spring snap caused the piece to fly across the room while returning to its original roll. Sadly this piece appeared to be exactly what I wanted thickness wise, durability wise, and clear, but the actual product was far from what was expected. The included pictures are all after following the manufacturer’s recommend flattening procedure pls extended time and applied heat. At least double the 72 hour prescribed method….
