I cannot give bad star rating because there is nothing wrong with the pillow it is just Waaaay too soft for me. I still search for my pillow as I know it's out there. After everything from $300 down to $10 pillow tries I still believe my pillow is out there. And it definitely isn't the man who makes My Pillow. Tried that too. nothing. If I could find a pillow like they have at luxury hotels I think that would work.

The pillow is very heavy and a bit flat.

The soft pillow is low on down. It appears that the way they try to achieve the soft pillow is by putting very little down inside,( like my old worn out hotel down pillow I'm replacing ) rather than filling it up with the softest down to achieve the soft pillow. Your head will hit the bed when using this pillow. There is not much down in this. It should have twice the down inside. I also could feel lumps inside even after extensive fluffing and working. Maybe the firm one is filled up more. The cloth bags are noisy due to plastic like fillers. It sounds like they are made of plastic bags. Noisy and not soft on your face.

I bought this pillow for my husband, it was so comfortable I purchased a second one for myself. The support is perfect for both of us.

I have been trying to find the perfect pillow for a couple of years now. I spent a lot of money on my favorite pillow but after several years it started to get flat and needed to be replaced. I purchased these pillows and oh my gosh they are beyond the expectation that I set an even better than what I thought was my favorite pillow. Most importantly to me, the down in the pillows is responsibly sourced and they do not pluck or force-feed live ducks. So I know that I can actually sleep at night without feeling guilty for hurting animals for my comfort. I highly recommend these pillows, they are very well priced for the quality- I paid far less for two pillows and I did for one previously and like I said, these are superior to any pillow I have ever tried. I got the soft choice.
