Get the hair dryer out!
Like another said.. it arrived a little sad looking. A few minutes with the hairdryer sorted that out! Worked perfect for our chimney sweep costumes.

Arrived flattened but straightened with time
Cheaply made but alright for a children’s costume

Chimney Sweep Brush
The bristles on the brush were mashed in transport, but with a few clasps and arranging, we were able to get them to fan out. The brush wasn't as long as a real brush, but it was long enough to balance on a shoulder.

Not sturdy
We used this prop to dance with and it cracked when it hit the floor. Not worth the price.

Cheap
They are very cheap. One broke while I was assembling. Several others broke during the first dance. We bought dowel rods and glued them inside the brush and first stick piece to make them sturdier. Will use the hair dryer to fan out the bristles as others suggested.

Prop needed reshaping
Easy to put together and a great compliment to a DIY chimney sweeper costume for my daughter. The brush itself was badly misshapen from lying on its side in the shipping box. We had to use hair ties to massage them back into place to create more of a circular brush.

Perfect prop!!!
Theses are perfect for a chimney sweep prop!!! The quality is just fine for what I need! Hard to spread out plastic brissels but I’ll try to hear them up with a hairdryer! It’s nice that they are long enough for the dancers!!

Flimsy
I know this is only for a costume, and I like that it comes in 3 parts with threaded ends so it can be assembled and disassembled easily. However, upon our 2nd time disassembling the stick for our travels to Disney World it simply broke at the end very easily. So we no longer have a chimney sweep tool after only one time of carrying it about.
