REALLY POOR QUIALITY, HAD LAST SET FOR 5 YEARS, THIS SET LASTED 6 MONTHS, NO REPLY FROM COMPANY WHO SOLD THEM .

As with most Aga accessories, costs more than you hope for, no real choice of colours or patterns, and doesn’t last as long as you would expect. Unfortunately it is pretty much the only game in town, so it is what it is. Note that we hired a seamstress to create a better one with better materials but it didn’t work out cheaper for a one-off. Biz opportunity for someone?

Too many designs out there, mostly too cheesy to be worthwhile. This boring colour works and the product does what it should, namely prevent scratching on the hob lids and keep some of the warmth in. Made by Aga, the material used does actually work as an insulator barrier (it's made from the same stuff as their (brilliant) gauntlet gloves), so that if you have to use them to pick up a hot pan, you don't get burnt (unlike with some other makes...)
