## Description

Starbond Accelerator Super Glue Accelerator, also known as CA glue "activator," is used to significantly speed up the drying time of cyanoacrylate super glues. The CA glue accelerant is a solvent based product that can be applied before and/or after CA glue application. Super Glue Accelerator is commonly paired with thicker viscosity CA glues and black CA glue, as these adhesives take longer to dry. In addition, it is useful when priming uneven surfaces or material combinations that are harder to bond, and in colder, drier environments where curing time may be delayed. Comes in pump sprayer and aerosol form. Used to cure the CA that flows from joints that are being pressed together, greatly enhancing the joints strength When using higher volumes of CA during gap filling applications, bonding time may take much longer, so Accelerator is highly recommended.

Edit: after posting this review I received a reply from starbond offering to refund my purchase price and send me a replacement. I accepted, and have received the refund. Hopefully the replacement will be here soon! Due to the good customer service, I've bumped it up from three stars to five. Original review is below: I used this for a couple months, and I like the aerosol spray, but when I got it out to use it today, instead of spraying a mist, it just shoots a dribble out. Instead of curing my CA glue, it went all over my hand and the workbench and the part I was gluing. I found a piece that I think fell out of the nozzle, but if I try to push it back into place it just falls out again, so I'm not sure if I'm installing it right, or if it's even the right piece. I'll probably try to find another spray bottle to dump it into so I can use the rest of it, but it's a bummer not to be able to use the bottle it came in. I've seen several other reviews reporting similar problems, so it seems that it should be a known issue to the manufacturer. I'd definitely give this five stars if the bottle didn't break.
