Worth the money and “just works”
I main pc gaming, however, return to xbox every once in a while to play games that aren’t cross platform with friends. Controllers like the Vader 4 Pro, that aren’t natively supported by Xbox are just superior to those that are supported by Xbox. With the Brook adapter, I’ve been so pleased with being able to use any controller I want on Xbox. I don’t really have any gripes with it as it was pretty much just plug and play and has no noticeable input lag (I play mainly FPS games, so I’d likely notice). Easily worth the money if you value not being restricted to using only “designed for Xbox” controllers.

Awesome device
This is an awesome device and super easy to use. I own multiple Fly Digi controllers, and this adapter makes it possible to use them with my Xbox Series X

can only connect 1 controller and console won't turn off unless I yank the converter
Overall it works well as a converter. I haven't run into the converter getting the xbox "not approved accessory" message. I haven't noticed any input delay. I have run into two issues.I run tournaments on the xbox series S, so connecting two converters is necessary. Right now, if I have a controller connected to one of my XB3s, the other one will just stay blinking blue and will refuse to actually connect the controller. This could be a bug/issue with one of the two I have, but this is my experience right now. I have to plug in one of my XB 2s (and do the resetting xbox fun for that), or one of the magic ones that aren't as compatible (and you can only use one of those at a time on the xbox). Luckily for me, I have multiple Xboxes and only bought two of these to start, so I will just put one per xbox and use other converters for player 2.The second issue is one that one of the other reviewers mentioned. If you have a converter plugged in, the console will turn back on the moment it turns off. The fix to this is to pull the converter the moment you press to tell the console to turn off. Not a deal breaker for me. Just mildly annoying if I forget to pull it quickly. The key chain is really cute. Make sure to get the key chain version.

It just works!
I got sick of waiting for Microsoft to release a controller that used Hall Effect or TMR joysticks so I took matters into my own hands. Say goodbye to stick drift. Now, I'm able to use any controller on my Xbox Series X! I paired the XB3 with a Gamesir Cyclone 2 and a Flydigi Vader 4 Pro and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Joystick range and sensitivity is all wrong.
I want to like this, I own 2 XB2s, but two XB3s later and they do not register the full range of the joysticks on my Switch pros.I've yet to find a way to properly calibrate this issue. My 2 XB2s work flawlessy, but something is not being configured properly with the new models. This means in FPSs, you walk instead of run, you turn like a slow moving zamboni rather then zipping aorund to see people etc etc.It just limits all movement and motions.
