Grain Brain Organic White Spelt Flour (6 LB)

I mix with a good flour and had really good success

This flour is awesome for bread, the packaging is great doesn’t tear open and has never come damaged. Only negative is that it is pricy compared to others by almost double.

The package says organic and non-gmo, but I was concerned about the use of glyphosate in the harvest process so I emailed their customer service. I got a very fast response assuring me that their harvest and production does not use glyphosate in any way. I've made pies, bread, biscuits, gravy, breading, chile rellenos and more with perfect performance. I keep the unopened bags in the freezer for freshness.

I was using a Food Nanny product (which is good, but hard to get) so I tried this and we love it. My son and I both do our best to avoid gluten since it doesn't agree with us and this flour works well for us. Just made some tasty pancakes today. Nice to know we are getting some better nutrients with this product!

Use to make bread in a bread machine, and it raises great, is very soft, and has wonderful flavor.

A healthy replacement for regular flour. Will order again.

This product not only has a great history but is so much better for the gut than wheat flour. Baking with it is a pleasure and the flavor is wonderful and earthy.
