Dimevision Vol. 2 - Roll With It Or Get Rolled Over
V**R
Vol 2 lights it up but kinda falls a bit short but it still rocks thanks to the new songs!
It's finally here! I watched the whole DVD yesterday and my initial impression was it could have been longer and some of the editing was way too fast. My favorite parts were the Randy Rhoads jam which included Suicide Solution, I Don't Know and Goodbye to Romance. Dime was one amazing guitar player for sure and this jam proves it! I was really glad to see the Pu$$y Tight live footage and luckily it is the full song. The only other full live song that was included was surprisingly a live vid of Phil Anselmo jammin Motorhead's Ace of Spades with his band and Robert Trujuilo from Metallica/ Suicidal Tendencies on bass! The other live footage that really stands out was a 1 min or so pro shot Pantera vid of G'd Electric from 2001. Why they did not include the whole song is beyond me and as all of us hardcore Dimebag darrell/ Pantera fans know there is not much pro shot live footage available of the band except for the Moscow Monsters of Rock 1992 footage and the grainy Seoul South Korea show and Yokohama 2001 show on Youtube and of course the Monsters of Rock Italy 1992 which was the bonus DVD on the Vulgar Display of Power remastered CD release. I really enjoyed the new music which was featured both on the DVD and the CD. It's kinda like a southern rock band style vs Pantera and it sounds like Vinnie Paul is on the drums! Very cool songs done with that Dimebag sense of humor and amazing guitar style.I know they have tons more footage in the vault and I hope it does not take 11 years for the next DVD to come out. I would love to see a Pantera Part 4 home video with a full pro shot live show and interviews from television, etc and of course Damageplan's Headbangers Ball appearances on MTV/ Much Music. If you are a hardcore Dimebag Darrell/ Pantera fan then this DVD is for you. Crank it loud! Crack open some cold ones! Getcha a Black Tooth Grin and most importantly light it up and Getcha Pull!!!!!!!!!!

All about dime, thats it
His girl rita and friends put this together, and she mentions in the booklet included that she cant wait to work on the next one! This is typical dimebag. His playing, his pranks, his everything. The cd included is a trip all its own. If you think you're going to hear pantera type stuff, you're going to be severely disappointed, just to be clear. That 3rd song, uh, ok lol. Its just over an hour long and its got alot of memories. Damn glad i picked it up and look forward to part 3. Threeeeeeee!!!

Very interesting to see how dime lived his life good price thanks Amazon.
I really like this CD / DVD.it was really good to Dimebag Darrell on video always brings back a lot of good memories of him even though I never met him the only problem with this DVD / CD was that is a little too short but rather than that I liked it a lot good price worth watching over and over again. always love Pantera especially dime really interesting to see him back in the late 80s. when they're about to just make it big with Cowboys from Hell and all those albums afterward but it was really cool to see where they came from.

Included Power Metal material and lots of footage with Phil!
They included stuff from the Power Metal album in this. 100% worth it on that alone. Rita/Vinnie if you're reading this y'all should totally remaster Power Metal and re-release it!

Lame
Big fan of Dime but this is a straight money grab. Not worth renting let alone buying.

Thanks for this Rita!
Fun to see Dime having fun and enjoying life! Of course it wasn't long enough, but you can't get enough Dime anyways, ya know?! Lots of jackassery and gayiddity abound! Fun to watch, even more so cranked up drinking Blacktooth! Always hilarious to see him all hairmetaled out flailing away from the early days. Great stuff!

Love Dime!! Miss all of great times.
Wish it could've been edited alittle better, but still see him as DIME.

Getcha' Pull!

Not very good, really.
I've got all the other Pantera - Dimebag videos, and they are great. This one is junk. From the menu that looks like something you would have burned at home in the 90's, to the footage, meh. Doesn't do the man justice. Some ok old footage, but not nearly worth the price. Dl it for free somewhere, Rita has enough money.
