These are mostly being used by one of the younger members of my household - they are cherished. They arrive in a lovely box with a good structured plastic inset to stop the pastels being damaged as like all pastels they are quite fragile. With 48 colours you have a wonderful selection of shades enabling everyone, even beginners, to create artworks with convincing, graduated, shading and blending.As with all sets like this, you're going to use some colours more than others, these pastels will wear out quickest. I was glad to see the seller sells white pastels on their own in boxes of 10 as these get massively used to blend lots of colours, with shading etc. Would love to see small boxes of 10 or 12 containing duplicates of the most-used shades to top up my big set when the time comes.Five stars.

The Arrtx Oil Pastels came nicely packed in a beautiful & secure presentation box. I ordered this for gifting to an Artist friend and the packaging is ideal for gifting. Ordered the set with 72 pastels and you get a wide variety of colours. Got feedback from my friend about how good these are and he just loves them. Already created a few posters using them and these work smooth & nice. They are easy to blend with other colours.Based on my friends positive feedback, I am happy to recommend this set.

Good size and good quality of oil pastels. A good range of colours to allow you a range of colours when creating art. Easy to use and they offer a soft and smooth application when in use. They blend well and provide a bright and boold application of colour to the card or canvas I have used.Oil pastels are not a medium I have a lot of experience with, but these have been fun to use and get more experience to use when drawing and creating art.

These were a treat for myself. Haven't created any artwork for years and these soft oil pastels were a delight to use and a joy to blend and create pictures.These are artist quality pastels that encourage the beginner or restarter to produce their best work.Would also make a great gift.

My daughter loves these. She's still quite young so probably isn't using these to their full capability but she's enjoyed coming up with various creations on some mini canvas boards we bought a while back.Theres a lot of colours to choose from, they blend well and are good quality from what I can tell.What surprised me a little was how nice the case / box is, it's got a nice design on it and means it would make a lovely gift for someone.

These pastels are really lovely and are a perfect introduction to the medium for any beginner - of which, I count myself as one.Get yourself a nice, inexpensive canvas, and you’re free to experiment with the great range of colours provided (I received the 48 pastel pack).The finished effect is great, and it’s easy to blend the pastels into one another to achieve an even greater range of colours.Verdict: a nice, classy set.

Lovely soft pastels in beautiful vibrant colours. They blended well and were easy to use. The box is sturdy and has a foam insert which offers a storing place for each pastel which stops them from bleeding into each other. They are easy to remove since the foam is soft and you can therefore press each pastel out when required. Second photo is pastels used for a card.

Ölpastell ist sehr cremig. Super für pastose Bilder. Nachteil - bei langen Halten in der Hand in Sommer kann schmelzen. Ich habe hauptsächlich mit Malspachteln gearbeitet. Auf Foto kann man Verbrauch für so ein Bild 40×50 cm sehen. Weiss wird am schnellsten verbraucht. Danach ist Zitronengelb alle. Schade, dass man nicht einzelne Stifte kaufen kann. Sonst alles super

Ein Bild erübrigt sich, .. Die (schöne!) Box und die Farben entsprechen genau der Produktbeschreibung und das Ganze eignet sich auch definitiv als Geschenk für "Künstler"! .. ob es allerdings für "Kinderhände" geeignet ist, lasse ich ein wenig dahin gestellt!Man kann sie mischen, damit einfach malen, strukturieren ......Ich als "Laie" kann mich jetzt einfach für kein "Projekt" entscheiden ... aber mit Bestimmtheit sagen: Preis-Leistung sind total in Ordnung und mit diesem Set kann man sicherlich Künstlern (ob man selber einer ist, oder jemanden kennt) eine große Freude machen !
