This moss is great! My children made fairy gardens and terrarium. The moss was easy to cut and place between other plants to make a carpet of grass. With a quick spritz it came to life! It still looks fantastic, about a month later!

These are amaaazing! each sheet is about the length of my hand, and they were packaged very well! I gave them all a real good spray, and they all popped back up and looked perfect in under 5 minutes. Couldn't even tell they were dry five minutes before, definitely can be used immediately. Will be my new go to!

This moss came packaged very well. I laid out each piece on a lined cookie sheet and misted and within 24 hours three of the mosses sprung up and looked beautiful. The 4th one, the flattest and finest moss, did not. It never quite sprung up. I live in South Florida and it’s always humid outdoors, usually 60-90% depending on season. Currently the day temps are 85-95 F. Indoors in A/C it’s about 35-40% humidity and I keep temp at 75-78 F. I intended this for an outdoor wild lizard habitat and I knew it was going to be difficult due to temps and humidity differences. Outdoors its too hot for the moss unless it’s completely shaded and indoors the humidity is too low. It was a crap shoot. So far it’s surviving outdoors in the habitat with lizard substrate and with a fountain that provides some extra watering with its splashes, but I have to mist it 4-5 times/day. Oh well… if you have the proper environment it’s great. Mine wasn’t ideal but I’m going to keep trying.

These are exactly as described and have beautiful color! Make sure to read about each moss before using them, as some prefer closed terrariums while others do not. I didn't spot any pests. They arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition. They were healthy and perked right up as soon as I sprayed them with water. It’s been a month, and they are still green and pretty in my terrarium. Highly durable!

The moss is lovely, but one of the sheets of moss never sprang back to life, another one is browning already and I have only had it out of the package a short time. Update, a second moss is starting to brown within a day or two of this first review, so I went to the store and bought another substrate to plant it in, I am hoping that it bounces back to life.

Love this moss I was worried with some reviews but I have had it for 2 weeks and not water a lot or misting they have grown and is doing awesome!!!! I would love to buy more

If you're expecting this "moss" to grow, I'd say forget about it. The patches of "moss" that you receive will appear to plump up with water and stay green for several weeks. Heck, the Racomitrium japonicum will stay green even without watering or even if stored dry in the package in the dark without watering for months and months. So if you want it to spot decorate the top of a potted plant it's OK. But if you need it to actually grow to fill in and take over the top of a pot - it won't in spite of the "Grows and multiplies" statement on the package. I've tried to get these patches to grow under natural light conditions and also under grow lights but to no avail (conditions under which my native live moss from my garden grows just fine). With this stuff I get no root formation or spread at all. I'm not even sure this stuff is "alive" at all. I think it may be spray painted green. To say the least, I'm doubtful that it's "real live moss" at all.

Did I get moss? Yes, I got moss... Some pieces were shipped wet, unlike the "maybe slightly dry" described in the listing, so the box smelled like it had been stored in a basement for five years and fell apart because it was wet. The box was just a cardboard box, not the fancy packaging shown in the video. The moss arrived in two 5" x 2.5" pieces per variety with some moss not in good condition because the plastic packaging did not allow it to breathe. So I got moss... but I didn't get moss in the format I expected, which feels very... dicey.
