I wanted to try this product for my sister-in-law. She is a dentist and gets a lot of back pain while working. Actually, I thought this product didn't make much sense. I just wanted to try it. But the vacuum power was very good. It may be a bit of a problem only for those with blood problems. Because it has a strong gravitational force, it may cause some bruising. But bruises also occur with normal cups used in alternative medicine. . This product worked. I would recommend.

This machine definitely has some super strong suction and strong heat. I happen to turn the heat all the way up and got a little burn & bruise, so be mindful to test each level first (they've cleared now). I'm just trying to find that sweet spot to have it relieve the pain really well. It feels better while the machine is on, but once I remove it, I can still feel that tightness. I still think it's worth giving it a try.

The cuppings are better than I expected. It’s easy to use. Just remember to use the low pressure mode at beginning if you are new to this product. Also use on the high positions on your back. I even used for arms and such a relief.
