QBase Paediatrics 3: MCQs for the Part B MRCPCH

after having used qbase during my preparation for the MRCPCH step 1 and having seen whats the exam is really like i would say that the questions in this book are not in the spirit of the exam . I would rather recommend mark beattie's books as they are definately more helpful in gaining an insight on what to expect on the exam as well as the mock exams on RCPCH's website which are definately 100% representative of the real thing.
