Air Lift 57390 LoadLifter 5000 Air Suspension Kit

This is the perfect answer for leveling your pickup when hauling heavy loads or towing. It could even be used for a couple inches of lift. Install is straight forward once you figure out the instructions. Without a lift, just using jacks and standard tools it took about 4 hours to install. If I installed another one it would be quicker as I found the instructions to be a bit difficult to follow the first time through.

When searching for products I always check Amazon warehouse deals. Usually the parts I buy are in as new condition but where opened and returned items. I did have one circumstance where the item was completely different than the part number listed but was able to return it with no problems. When purchasing an airbag system you can do the research and choose this brand or the Firestone the consensus is they are equal. Then there's a debate between timbren rubber bumpers and airbags. Airbags maybe hire maintenance but in the end provide the best ride if traveling long distances. The Amazon warehouse deal was poorly packaged and missing a few fasteners however it did not hurt the product. I was able to find replacement Fasteners at a local hardware store and installed the part in a few hours. Unfortunately the directions are very unclear and even videos online were not very clear and how to install the airbags. It is important that all nuts are tight so the Nylock portion is engaged. You cannot get these tight enough due to the way they are installed. You must rely on the Nylock nuts to keep things tight. This model sits on cast iron snubber bar which goes under the spring. Mine came loose slit over and broke the cast iron. It doesn't cost me about $100 for the parts to do the repair myself. Be sure when you assemble these the Nylock nuts are engaged and go back and check them after the first several trips. Otherwise I am happy with the product it seems to work.

I installed this kit on my 2002 F250 4WD long bed diesel rear axle and it took about 2 hours (having pre assembled much of the kit on the bench)this is my second air lift kit install and I would buy another kit in the future. Great quality and works very well.

Installed on a 2004 f250 ecsb. I took my overload springs out for ride quality years ago and thus over used my rear springs whenever towing, which was more of the time, at that time. Since then I don't tow as much but when I do it's around 10k lbs. My rear springs were bottoming out so bad I just didn't have the control that I felt comfortable with even if it was for a short distance. Not only do these help level the truck back out while towing, they are also super easy to instal. I wish I would have done this years ago and saved myself a lot of grief from having too much tongue weight that my truck couldn't handle. Too me about 5 hours to install because I was bsing with buddies and putting bolts in the wrong hole and so on and so forth. Right side took four hours left side took less than one because I had already goofed off enough to know where the bolts when this time. Watch a YouTube video too will help. Of course I tested it after, here are some pictures. May not be able to tell but it brings the back end of the truck up about three inches when loaded. I had 90 psi in them for this application. Ps I normally don't tow with so much tongue weight but was just testing to see how well these things would do in a more extreme condition

Airbag mount fail 2002 f350 had me mount to the cast lift / stopper joust seemed like a bad idea to me but hay they been in business what 60 years! Well 1st load both cast iron blocks broke! I spent the rest of the day fabricating my own mount and today haul dirt all day without an incident! Maybe you should get an engineer that knows something!

I have had my air bags for about a month. They work great. I also got the remote control to set the air bag pressure from inside the cab. I like being able to adjust on the go. The other day, I picked up some feed (800 lbs) I just used the remote to level the truck and was ready to go! I would recommend this product for anyone who puts a load on their truck (payload or trailer).

Upon delivery box was damaged and seemed to have been taped shut. After opening it the hardware packages were ripped as if previously opened. Was missing several washers and bolts. Powdercoat or paint is chipped on most parts.I installed it anyway and purchased new hardware. Installed fine and typical airlift quality.

I use this product on my plow truck which I also haul water in. It more than does the job. I knew the ride would be a little stiff but that is only an issue if I have no load and don't bleed off the system. Instructions were pretty good and the quality was top notch. This is the company I will use from now on.
