Always looking for decent wide tape.This is REALLY WIDE & THICK TOO………++* ALMOST LIKE Have 2 or 3 STRIPS OF TAPE, ON TOP OF EACH OTHER.++* PERFECTLY CLEAR.NO TINGE OF YELLOW ON WHITE CARD.++* VERY STRONG.++* INCREDIBLY LONG, ……AT 55m. ……. ( I’m starting to sound like an advert!! But no golden labs in sight!)—* IT DOES SMELL VERY STRONGLY.Though I am very sensitive to chemical scents.I THINK IT IS PROBABLY, BECAUSE IT WAS MADE & packed/quickly… it just needs time to air, to get rid of plastic smell.SO FAR, SO GOOD.£3 a roll is good value if it doesn’t split in time.Will AS ALWAYS… UPDATE REVIEW IF QUALITY REDUCES, IT UNSTICKS OR STARTS SPLITTING ON THE ROLL.

This tape certainly lives up to its name. I’ve used this for packaging and there is a no sound when you pull it open.I’m sure everyone has their own reason for wanting silent tape and this is a good option if you do.The quality is very good. It’s tougher than your standard parcel tape. In fact, a slight downside is that you have to cut it with scissors. Teeth are not a good idea.It very sticky. Beat in mind your finger prints will be delivered with this tape. It’s not the best look but doesn’t change how well it sticks.So there are trade offs for the silence. If it’s worth it to you then this is a good option at a good price.

The low noise factor is a secondary consideration for me, but this is exceptional packing tape, much better than the brown tape and Sellotape I usually use. It's very sticky, sticks flat without creases and because it's clear, I can confidently well and truly stick my paper printed address labels in place.

Item reviewed: Hush TapeThis is a great alternative to parcel tape. It is indeed very quiet when you use it - none of that ‘ripping’ sound when you peel it off the roll. The tape is thicker than normal tape, and the adhesion is strong. The tape is completely transparent with no yellow tone. The only issue I’ve had with it is that it leaves quite a sticky remnant when you remove it from a solid surface. Overall, it’s a great tape and I’d recommend it to others.

It's clear tape, 2 rolls of, surprising in itself as tape normally comes in ones, threes, or multiples thereof.It's quite sticky, sticking to boxes that other tapes just can't.It doesn't seem to want to tear randomly and muck up a perfectly good tape job.It works in a tape gun.I'm not sure how to assess the relative noisiness of tape, it's not loud, but it's also perfectly audible - I worry more, in as much as I worry at all about tape, whether it's actually going to stick (many rolls of tape can be very fussy about such things) or is it going to tear for no obvious reason, leaving me not just with the existing job of taping up a box, but with a new and 'fun' job of trying to sort the tape out to useability again.No such problems with this tape. Put it in the tape gun, tape things, end of.
