Will these work with the condor tactical shirt?

These are KNEE pads so I’m going to go with no.

How well do they hold up? just received a a pair of helikon tex. one has a rip in it already after a week of use.

I’ve had mine for awhile and there still in good condition. The only thing I didn’t like is how they move around in the pant slots. I felt I was always adjusting them to the appropriate spot.

Do they fit in the 5.11 tactical pants knee pocket?

Probably will and can be trimmed if too big.

What are the dimensions length and width?

9" x 5.75" x 3/8" thick when laying flat.
