Have been using this dehumidifier for a couple weeks now and absolutely love it!. It is much quieter than my older Frigidaire while also being much smaller as shown in photos. My Frigidaire always reads higher humidity levels than my actual monitors that I have around my home, meanwhile this Pluscent model was actually very accurate. This Dehumidifier was reading nearly identical to every other sensor I had which is a huge plus for me because I dont need to adjust for fluctuations.This Dehumidifier also allows to store the cable inside the machine which super convenient when I dont need it during the winter since the heat dries everything.This feels like a quality item and am very happy. Its perfect for my living room as its small and quiet enough to not be a nuisance.Quiet, efficient, looks nice, compact, and some great features like Laundry mode!Perfect for when I air dry my clothesAlso love the giant readings that I can see across the room without having to get up and check.They really did a fantastic job on this machine.

This jewel has done a miraculous job of keeping our downstairs moisture free. I run the drain tube to the “pump room” and let it run. I set it on 40 and it turns off and on when needed. We haven’t had a moments trouble with it. Before we got it the walls and floors would be damp even though we had a bigger unit down there. This little jewel does the trick! It’s easily taken care of. I will say the reservoir is a tad small but if you use the free drain on it you’ll have no issues. Some folks say it’s loud, I don’t think it is but that would have to be a personal determination. I would definitely recommend this product if you’re having issues keeping your area dry. Great value and easily moved on it’s little castor wheels.

I wanted to wait to use this product for a little while before I wrote a review. I love the product. It is compact (but more than ample power to dehumidify my 4800 square foot home) and it is quiet. The readout panel is clear and easily seen. It does not run non-stop like my old dehumidifier - when the humidity level reaches the point you set, it shuts off. Though the water collection bucket is a little small it does come with a drainage hose that solves the constant need to empty the water collected. Thank you for a wonderful product. I am very satisfied with this product and it's features.

We needed a dehumidifier for our master bathroom, and the PLUSCENT 52 seemed to fit the bill. It wasn't too big or too small. It made noise, but it wasn't noisy. The design looks modern and pleasing. And it's been working well. I look forward to going into the bathroom - now the most comfortable room in our house - and especially stepping out of our steamy hot shower into a low-humidity room to dry off.I gave it four stars instead of five stars for three reasons:1.) The water tank is relatively small and fills up quickly. I sometimes have to empty it two or three times a day.2.) When the water tank is full, a tiny orange light appears on the top of the console and is easy to miss. Meanwhile, there is a huge blue/green light that runs along the top edge of the unit that can be seen across the room. Why not make that turn orange when the tank is full?3.) If the electricity goes off in your home (as it does often in mine), once it is restored, the unit does not go back to its previous settings. Instead, it uses default settings. It's annoying to reset everything to my liking when all they had to do was capture and restore the current settings.

We purchased the Pluscent dehumidifier several weeks ago and waited to post a review to make sure we liked it. It is a compact unit that is easy to operate and set up. We are using the hose to empty into our drain, and it works great. The water reservoir is fairly small but works fine when using a drain--which was perfect for our setup. The dehumidifier dried out two large rooms very quickly and exceeded my expectations. It is well worth the money.

I've had this humidifier for about a month now and it's been working consistently. I put it in the middle of the apartment with the doors open to the other rooms, and it is able to consistently keep the humidity level to about 50% more or less. My place is about 950sf. I like that you can set the humidity level and it goes into a sleep mode once it reaches it. If it goes above, it restarts automatically. I only need to empty out the tray once a day but I guess it would be different for everyone and what the humidity level is at your place. The noise level is like any fan. I've had humidifiers that were so much louder and unbearable. This one is just giving off white noise. I just leave it on the 1st setting and the noise doesn't bother me.My recommendation is to make sure the knob in the back, where you would run the hose is screwed on tight. When I first used it, it wasn't and water leaked out. Once I screwed it on tightly, I didn't have any more issues.I like that the water in the bathroom and kitchen evaporates faster when this is on. And my wet clothes dry faster. Would definitely recommend this humidifier.
