Durango Men's Trucker 11" Western Boot

I love these boots. These are real boots. The fit on mine is excellent. The leather is good quality also. The toes are slightly pointed which means yes they may feel a bit snug up front at first. If you're an old school Roper type of boot wearing person, then yes it might take some getting use to for you. I'm that guy too and these boots are awesome. I'm glad I bought them, I'm thinking of grabbing another pair now for when I burn these ones up. The higher calf size is what I grew up wearing and I can't stand wearing anything less in a boot. I am very pleased with these boots. I spent a lot of time searching for some new boots, and for me these were the boots I was looking for.

I have been wearing Durango FR100s for decades. Durango or whichever company owns them now dropped this item from the line. I thought I would try the Trucker Boot for a replacement. What a disappointment. The materials and workmanship are garbage. The insole of the boot appears to be made from a fiber resembling cardboard. The insole portion over the left heel was separated from the boot. I returned the boots. I can still get The FR104 Brown boots for now, but am looking for a new brand for Black boots. Maybe Tecovas has earned a tryout.

Don't wear boots all the time but I wanted a half decent black pair and these fit the bill. Seem pretty well made and comfortable out of the box. I have short wide, thick feet with a high instep so many boots are too tight, but the wide size was just right for me. Only complaint, which is not really a complaint, more an observation: the finish is a dull oiled surface as advertised which I am not a fan of. I used some plain old shoe polish and after 2 or 3 polishings, the finish is almost shiny so closer to what I like.

The boot is nice, appears well made, and the matte leather is unique... however the box it came in was beat up, the boot had a few scratches and the insole was missing. I hadn't noticed the defects at first but after reading "insole support" in the description, I knew I got a used pair or something. Long story short, I returned the boot.FYI the returning is a bit of a hassle, I think it's that the seller is more independent from other Amazon prime sellers (?). I would like to repurchase, but I don't want to duped again.

I bought a pair of Durangos like these in black and there were very difficult to get on and pinched my feet. So, I bought another pair in oiled peanut color in "WIDE" but they are still very tight in the toes. The rest of the boot is too big. I put a gel insert in for the heel and the arch and wear heavy socks to take up all the slack in the big part, and am hoping that wearing them around the house for a while will loosen them up in the toe area. Also, when they oiled them, they must have had them touching each other, because there is a circle/blemish on each boot where they come together at the ball of the foot if you have your feet together. They are good-looking boots, and I am hoping they will conform better to my feet. Otherwise, I can see why they were on sale!

Well made. Good quality for the price. Thick soft leather. Very comfortable after few days break in. Easy to drive with. Great for every day wear. Like the flat black color and the inside leather lining. Perfect fit. Normally wear 10D for other boots but 9.5 EE works perfect for these and my flat heeled Durango Rebel boots . Wt 1 lb 11.6 oz each, Shaft 11 3/8", heel 2", min circ 14", outer rubber sole 7/16". Made in China but highly recommended.

My father bought a pair of these boots 10 or more years ago from JCPenney. He wanted me to find him another pair. I did not think I could but decided to try. I put the name and boot in the search and they popped right up! I ordered them still worried they would be a cheaper product than before, fit different, etc.. He got them in and they were perfect! Same fit and comfort! I was so glad that this company is still making a great product at a great price.

excellent quality and craftsmanship. my foot was a little tight (which is what they're supposed to do) but, after a week of wearing them, I almost forget I have them on. these are great. if they ever wear out, I'll just buy another.

Acquistati a circa 78 euro + 8,50 di spedizione. Sono ben realizzati e con materiali di buona qualità. Finora li ho usati poco ma sembrano anche abbastanza comodi. La misura 7.5 D è adeguata, un filo abbondante, (io porto 40.5 e ho la pianta larga) Vedremo la tenuta nel tempo.

The boots did fit as expected which was a little on the big side but I put some insoles in them and now they fit great!Thanks..

Can't believe how soft the leather is, the size was bang on.

Quality is consistent with price. As other reviews the fit is a bit large but an insole fixed that. Would but again.
