This book is a scam. It has no chapters and is the worst written book I have ever read. It makes me wonder if Joe Dispenza is a scam. If he is for real he would deny this book and get it off the market. Do not buy it, it will not help you in anyway to meditate. It is pure junk. On his web site he is named as a physician. He is not he has a PhD as a Chiropractor not a medical doctor. Look for the truth in other places,
