Can this detector measure helium? At what concentrations

Not recommended for helium. Helium needs a special sensor.

Will this unit measure natural gas to levels as low as 2-10 ppm?

The fact sheet states that the range is from 0-9999ppm, and the accuracy is 10% full scale.(Detectable gases Acetone, Acetylene, Alcohol, Ammonia,benzene,Natural Gas, etc.

Can the sensor be replaced ?

Yes it can, but we do not sell these sensors. Time to replace, recalibration and sensor cost too high, more than a new unit.
