Oakley frames are designed without the curvature that hooks over the ears but rather depends on pressure to hold the frames in place. Over the years grooves have formed in my scalp and with pair of even thinner arms to the new glasses I recently bought the arms were causing considerable pain along the groove. I started looking for something to affix to the glasses that would make for a wider surface area where frame meets beleaguered skull but nothing that met my preconceived idea of what would work came up.Finally in an exasperated last gasp try I ordered these ear cushions and to my amazement they have been superb.
