iPhone 6/6s Plus Case, ImpactStrong Waterproof Case [Fingerprint ID Compatible] Slim Full Body Protection for Apple iPhone 6 Plus & 6s Plus (5.5") - FS Jet Black

I so badly wanted to love this case. But it was not meant to be. It's very pretty, and it did protect my phone, but it was very short-lived. I did the waterproof test before putting my phone in it, and it seemed to work! But I was still not confident enough to intentionally submerge my phone in water. It did keep it dry and sand-free during a week-long beach vacation, though, so it served its purpose, I suspose. The little dial for the silent switch on the side was confusing at first, but really pretty cool once I figured it out. The touch screen had issues at the edge of the screen because of the protective sheet, and that was a little frustrating - it would take two or three times touching something at the edge of the screen for it to actually register my touch. The thumbprint reader still worked great through the case, though, and I dropped it a good number of times (I'm clumsy) without ever sustaining any damage.The reason I can only give this case three stars is because, after about two weeks of use, the little flap that seals the charging port in the bottom of the phone fell out when I went to open it one day. Not a big deal - it should have just snapped back into place. But when I tried to put it back in, a large chunk of the case just broke off. Then it didn't make sense for me to deal with the slight annoyances of the case (the touch screen sensitivity, mostly) if the case was definitely no longer water-tight. At least it was pretty cheap and kept my phone safe for my vacation - so it did do its job, however briefly.EDIT: The company responded IMMEDIATELY to my review and sent me a replacement case, completely free!! That alone is worth 5 stars in my book!! We'll see how long this case holds up, now. Excited to maybe even try out an underwater pic... If I can get up the guts to do it. :)

I've tried several cases for the iPhone 6 plus. This case rocks! It does exactly as described. Took a cruise vacation from Miami to Jamaica, Mexico, and Haiti, and there were water every day when I would bring my phone to take photographs and video of my 5 year old and I. Phone was safe the entire time.It also has a warranty. The back part of my case had cracked. I reported it to to impact strong, and they replaced it with an entire new unit, when I only requested the back piece.The unboxing for this item is swanky! Has a sleeve and a cool box, comes with a a few extra littler parts and instructions which I appreciate instructions! Lots of these intricate cell phone cases don't come with instructions. But this one did!

I have been through 3 of these cases:I followed directions completely and did the water test and it past on all three times. However:The first one I purchased. Leaked the first time it got wet. Amazon customer service was more than helpful and sent me a complimentary new one. I had also already reordered one. So 2 new ones came in the mail. I decided to keep the extra as a backup.The second one lasted longer than the first, about a month before the headphone jack gasgate fell off and thw. The case does not come with extras, you can't order them either, so although I had a case, it was no longer waterproof.At this point I started using the 3rd one because I still wanted it to be waterproof, and I save the second one (2nd one with missing gasgate). The 3rd one also lost the gasgate shortly: so I kept my phone away from the water and just used the case as a shock proof protection. This failed too. After my phone fell from my desk, the screen cracked while within the case.I warn my friends about this product because it is one of the more affordable waterproof cases available. And it has failed 3 times, in every way a case is mentioned to protect a phone.Now I have lost money on 2 cases, I lost 200$ paying the deductible for insurance on the first phone that got wet, and now on the new phone, I have a cracked screen. I wish I could give this product negative stars. It would be helpful if Amazon created a negative start review system, just for the products that are so terribly made.

It worked great for less than a month. The thumb button started to not recognize me and a huge crack appeared along the top. I did not use this very ruggedly. It went in the pool once to shoot some video and was submerged a few moments. Took it to the lake one time and it was splashed on.Kept the phone safe up to this point. Glad I noticed the crack before we went to the lake again this weekend!Disappointed at how hard I have to press to play games & text on the plastic screen. My ratio of auto-correct fails increased quite a bit.The color was great and was easy to find in my purse and the mute button is easier to use than most waterproof cases. I'm hoping for a replacement. Maybe I got a bad case since all the rest of the the reviews rate it so highly. I was not impressed.

This phone case is attractive and does the job of keeping the phone safe from impact and water damage. When installing the case be sure that the dial for the silence button is horizontal with the phone case.The only drawback to this case is that the dial for the silence button is difficult to turn (I have arthritis in one of my thumbs). Also, after having the case for a few weeks, I dropped it and it landed on the back side of the phone, cracking the case and creating a slit type hole. I had to return the product. This was nearly effortless as I had UPS come by and get it. I was a little inconvenienced by having to replace the case and re install the new one, but have to say it is great knowing that if you do need to return the product is does have a "no questions asked" policy. I paid a few more dollars the second time around to get it by Amazon Prime so the total turn around time was about a week.So overall, I think if the case had landed at a different angle, it may not have cracked and I do like that it is smooth on one side so it slides easily into pockets but still has the grip part to make it easy to get a hold of.

There are a number of issues with this case.1. the space bar on the touch screen is partially blocked making texting difficult2. it is very difficult to plug the phone in when the case is on3. it has a dial which is supposed to operate the silence option, is very difficult to turn4. this case did not snap tight with the phone inside and would not be water tight.

When I received my new case evrything looked fine until evrything got put together and I started typing front screen has a gap between screen and case cover makes it very ocword to type or scroll rest of phone fits nice but the fron plastic to screen is terrible I would never purchase another one

Waterproof but to avoid any iPhone damage around the home, not too great. The space between iphone& case , makes it difficult to use. I took the protective screen off and it fits like a charm. However I’m not sure it will stand up to iPhone destruction. iPhone 6s breaks after it smashes so who knows how long the case will hold up tell it has broken down, i honestly thought I purchased an otter box

The protective cover was easy to put on and seems very sturdy. The only issue was that the plastic screen protector would not lie flat so I carefully removed it with an extacto knife.

Nice waterproof case and works well. The only issue I have is that the protective screen does lay completely flat which does effect the touch performance.
