One of these wheels lasted just as long or longer than the major name brand wire wheel from the big box store for a lot lower price.

I used them on some I beams to prep for paint. They knocked off rust, mill scale and welding slag. They lasted longer than others I have used at twice the cost. Plus I have three left. Well worth the price.

For something that wears out these wire wheels do pretty good. They don't wear down too fast and the price is affordable.

Good for me. Cheap and have been lasting. I haven't even noticed any loss of wire like some will do. I've bought some before at triple the price, and they wouldn't last as long as this has so far.If you have any that come loose like mine, put a tac weld where i have pointed out the issue. I didn't ask for a refund or even contact the company because it was a simple fix for me. If you don't have a welder try using JB weld or something. Just my opinion. They probably know of a lot being loose and therefore is why the price is so dang low compared to name brands like Milwaukee, Dewalt or Lincoln. ($10 to $30 ea.) IDK I just found it to work for me.
