great fun! much easier than traditional flour tortillas
NOT FOR CHILDREN! Excellent results with practice.I use this every day!! It has been fun and I have more to learn.( I have only made tortillas so far.)First impression was that The plastic feels light and brittle and not very sturdy , but it turns out this does not need a lot of pressure to flatten the dough. I expect this will last a long time with care. I doubt it will survive accidents or abuse but it does a fine job.Don't oil it , keep the surface dry , just wipe it off that is all you need to do.It took me awhile to find what works for me, Hot water helps relax the gluten for thinner tortillas, I use Walmart flour tortilla mix((Mexican biswquick)(it is just easier). I like the thicker tortillas I make with a super wet dough.It is hard to resist pushing the topdown to much or a second time(which creates steam and tears the tortilla apart. I think high is close to 500º

If the dough is soft it flattens but bakes quite chewy- has potential
I was able to get it to flatten but it was still thick. It does bake quite chewy - you might be able to make it work if you consume right away but waiting to make rotis at dinner time introduces a risk of what if they don’t turn out good.I wanted to love this so much but returned it. I should have tried the larger one maybe and not the 8” side.

Very easy to use
It was so perfect for Roti, Paratha, Puri, Bhakhari, Crepe.💯 satisfied with product.Compact, lightweight and easy to store in your kitchen cabinets.

Does its job
Use if to make flour tortillas, it does its job, not too thick not too thin. Satisfied with the product

As cheap as humanly possible
Im very disappointed in this product. I ordered two and both arrived damaged. I see now that they are so flemsy that I’m surprised the company even bothers making them.Avoid this product

There is nothing not to love.. I just wish they made one with 10 inch plates. This one is an 8 inch plate. I have one from a different brand but it's not concave and I think that makes the difference . This roti maker is amazing just wish it was bigger.

Good but heat doesn’t distribute evenly. Also, I received a clearly returned product.
