Perfect mini laptop
Almost gave a 1 star review as had a troubleshooting issue at start up. As soon as I received the laptop I instantly put it on charge but even though the charging light was on and it was showing that it was charging it stayed at 0% charge for a few hours. I contacted the seller and they advised me to give it an 8 hour charge, but also to hold the power button down for 20 seconds with the charger in,then remove the charger and hold the power button down again for 2-3 seconds.After following this advice the device is now recognising the charger and is currently at 93% charge and climbing!I'm really happy with how fast the response was from the company and the advice given to me, other than the rocky start with the power it's a great laptop and perfect for everyday use.Its exactly as described, not the colour I'd generally go for though as it's a bit girly for me 😂 but perfect for my budget at least!It responds well, very clear screen, fast at loading up, also very quick and easy to set up, buttons are soft to touch not tried out the camera yet so can't comment on that but all in all I'm extremely happy with both the device and the aftercare service provided.
