Folds up very easily and rubber grip on the bottoms help to keep it in place. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mostly Great *by A***N on April 9, 2023* I got two of these to add to martial arts classes. We wanted to create new drills and circuits to help with various body mechanics, and we found several uses for these. The only downside is they balance beams are a little too soft on top. The foam should give a little more stability, other than just sinking, but for what we're using them for, it's not the end of the world. If they were just a tad more solid this would be 5 stars.
