Speedy Stitcher#4 Small Needle (2-PACK)
E**
use it correctly and it well last
I have 2 speedy stitcher's for 2 different types of thread . a friend borrowed my #4 stitcher dropped it and broke the year old needle . no worries I ordered a new one and installed it , then accidently dropped it on a concrete shop floor .of course my lucky day it broke to . so I ordered a 2 pack . I have found over the past 50 years that I have beensewing , if you keep your needles sharp and don't push there limits or abuse them they well serve you well .so that being said . if this breaks from normal use i well update this review . until that happens I recommend you getcha some !

Good but not what I expected
I have not gotten this to work in the speedy stitcher without a lot of hassle. Most of the problem is with the stitcher, it is designed for thicker thread. Since this is for use with the speedy stitcher I marked it down one star for that. I have used a speedy stitcher many times with thicker thread so I do know how to use it. I am sure in time I will figure out how to do it easier. The needle could be sharper but works good

Gets the Job Done w/ a Much Smaller Hole
Put one in the Speedy Stitcher, and another in my Altoids Tin sewing kit to easily improvise a Speedy Stitcher should I ever need it out in the brush.

This is what the doctor ordered!
This needle is a requirement to use regular thread with the Speedy Stitcher. I was able to mend a glove that had come apart in a matter of minutes after struggling with a regular needle and thread for hours. It's also going to let me fix a chair with some frayed upholstery at the corner of the seat. I'm going to drill a small hole in the handle of my speedy Stitcher so this needle is always with the awl.

It works. Comfort for old fingers.
An old favorite for a reason. Save that bag with am easy repair. Leather crafters with old arthritic fingers those needles get hard to hold and this makes it possible to keep in the game b

Not a dependable product.
I cannot get the needle to stay in the hand awl. Needle doesn’t seem thick enough to stay in the head of the awl.

A little pricey but works fine
Works just like it should but a little pricey - the stars are for price not quality

Good needles
Bought to repair pair of gloves. Was a little too thick for that purpose.

Recycled old camping equipment.
The needles worked well. I sewed several patches on a canvas camp cot and repaired the webbing on frayed ratchet straps.
