When you open a new pack of chocolate, does the product inside look gray or streaked with white? It shouldn't but all too often does with the imports that have been poorly stored. Worse, the others are either melted and reformed in odd shapes, or brittle and fall all over you as you try to eat the bar you paid good money for.Forget the imports and get the best dark chocolate in all of India. This is it, and this particular one, with coffee and Indian grown cacao, is my absolute favorite. You have choices though, so explore them all. But Buy Local if you want the best chocolate, perhaps on the planet. It's that good!
