AMER Projector Mount - Universal Ceiling Bracket LCD DLP Tilt 360° Swivel 30lbs (Silver)

We placed this in our call center and installed in the standard sound barrier 2'x2' square while drop in tiles with no issues. I did use toggle bolts instead of the supplied bolts that came with the product ($3 at Lowe's). The original projectors we ordered from Amazon were way to dim to work with our lighting, so I replaced with full size high end Panasonic projectors and had NO problems getting it to work with these mounts and it had a weird mounting pattern to entice you to buy the Panasonic mount. Extremely pleased and any business owner can rest assured these are a solid purchase. Fully adjustable for any angle up/down or side to side as it's versatile enough to spin.

I chose this mount for my Benq 3550 mainly because I needed the 8.6" (advertised) drop to match my screen without any keystone adjustment. I ended up with almost 9" once everything was attached. I did have to get different screws beyond what was supplied but I half expected that. My local hardware store had what was needed. The circle part of the mount had 4 (not 3) of the spiral slots which allowed me to mount the projector very close to its center of gravity. I still had to tilt the projector upwards slightly to achieve perfect perpendicular to the screen (no keystone), but the allen wrench style nuts allowed a good firm tightening without it being too tight to move a little by hand. The trick is always to allow some adjustment while it will still stay where you put it(since just the act of tightening can cause movement). So far I've had good luck and it's staying right where I aimed it. Since I have a screen, I obsessed to get the picture exactly in between the boarders (on all four sides) as large as the picture can possibly be. This mount allowed me (in my case) to do that again without any keystone.Your experience may vary but I think this is a good mount.

Got this for BenQ 2050a. The mount is truly universal but it does take some back and forth to figure out how to align it properly. My advice to go against the instructions and first attach your projector to the legs, then twist the top plate with the legs around, until it is in the place you want it to be. Then tighten the bolts.As for the mount itself, it's perfectly compact. For some projectors, the screen has to be a couple of inches below it. This makes this compact mount ideal for those trying to install in a living room with the projector being as close to the wall as possible.

I ended up replacing my old 'ball and socket' style mount on a new BenQ projector. No clue why BenQ changed the layout of their mount screws, but they did. That forced me to purchase a new mount and this did quite well. Far more options available in this universal mount so I challenge anyone to find a projector that is ceiling mounted that this product can't work for.

This is the perfect wall mount for small video projectors. It is capable of infinite adjustment and locks solidly in any position you choose. If you are considering this mount for ceiling installation, be aware that there is no way to adjust the height of the projector; for ceiling mounting, you will have to adjust the height of your screen instead. Highly recommended as a wall mount for small video projectors.

I’ve purchased other wall/ceiling mounts for projectors and this one is on another level for quality and ease of adjustment. It is very sturdy, so when you make adjustments the mount doesn’t flex back and negate your adjustment. Unless you’re going really high end or need an extended drop from the ceiling, get this one.

I used this with my BenQ HT3050, it fits great. It comes with various sized screws and brackets, so it would be a safe bet that it could almost fit any projector on the market.

This product was easy and intuitive to use. It so happens that my projector has only 3 threaded locations to mount to instead of the 4 this mount can support but it handled the 3 locations with ease. Also, I opted to mount to the wall instead if the ceiling and I still find it easy to adjust the angle and rotation just as I would expect from a ceiling mounted projector. Honestly, no complaints! This mount handled everything I needed and wanted from it.

Heavy duty steel construction - this could hold several hundred kilos (assuming your screws held) if it had to. Mounting system is elegant, managed my isoceles triangle layout of mounting points and has no real wiggle except if I slam the door. Might not handle wind very well? Only complaint would be the method for securing it, tightening the bolts, moves the projector - so you line it up, try to tighten it, and now you're not pointing in the right direction. However, this can actually be a bit useful if you then need to make microadjustments to where you're aiming it. Would buy again

Very pleased with this, easy to install, adjust and is still holding position after nearly 2 weeks. Only gripe was the mounting arms the attach to the projector were too short for my Epson EH7000 (30x16cm) Extension arms are mentioned in the instructions but at time of install were only preorder on Amazon. I’d increase the price and include them if so were the manufacturer. I bodged a wooden mounting plate temporarily and will make a custom aluminium plate as I think it’ll be more sturdy than the extension arms.Despite this hiccup, highly recommended.

i NEEDED A EXTENTION ARM WHICH I THOUGHT I COULD BUY BUT ITS OUT OF STOCK AND DOESN'T LOOK LIKE ITLL BE IN STOCK ANY TIME SOON. iF YOU ARE BUYING THIS KNOWING YOU NEED EXTRA ARMS OR PIPE EXTENTION THEN STAY AWAY BUT FOR SMALLER PROJECTORS AWSOPME. IM ONLY TALKING ABOUT WALL MOUNTING ASPECT HERE AS THATS WHAT I WANTED IT FOR. 5 STARS IF I COULD GET THE PARTS BUT I CANT ON THE WHOLE WEB.

This mount is excellent, and I dont just say that as it is a very good price-I can't see how a much more expensive mount could be any better.I've used this for mounting to a wall and it offers a lot of flexibility. The 3 projector mounting arms and clever spiral means I could fit any sort of mounting configuration. It also offers some flexibility for pushing the project forward a bit if you dont have enough clearance between back of projector and wall.Comes with all the screws and fixings you'll need (and more) and is really sturdy once fixed in place and everything tightened up.Really happy with the quality and the price.

The most horrible thing I ever touched in my life do not recommend for people with ocd or for people who value good things and well made things , this one looks like form 18th century and it doesn’t work on the wall
