It does a good job. If you are really stopped up. Take this with LOTs of water. Else it will tax your kidneys. In that case take some coffee as a diuretic with it. Too much magnesium can give you joint issues. You can flush it with coffee and lots of water.

Great cleanser without any cramping or loose stools - just a feeling of a complete evacuation. I've been using this off and on for several years and I would not switch.

This product works for me, more consistently than many other products I have used. When I feel the need, I usually use two caps in the evening and have often multiple BMs the next morning. This may void my bowels just right, sometimes not enough, and sometimes too much (that's when i get cramps). Thus, it is always a delicate balance when to take it and how many caps I would need. I can't imagine taking the suggested 3 caps! I notice now that I need to take it less frequently when I commit to relaxing the belly, using the breath, and refrain from meat, wheat, beans and too much dairy.

The first couple of times I've tried it kind of discouraged me because of the cleaning action but I took a brake for couple of weeks and tried it again and it didn't bother me as much any more.Since I've started taking it I've noticed I don't feel bloated any longer and I seldom break wind any more... I use magnesium to help keep Charlie horses at bay, otherwise they get really bad. I've tried other magnesiums but then the next morning I had to work from the bathroom. With these, I started with 1-2/night and never had to take up residence in the bathroom. You're gonna go, but you can at least function. At this low dose, these last me a good long while... I wish they were less expensive but with the lower dose I don't have to buy them super often so it balances out.

Marketing arrogance! I admit that the product is definitely effective and unique in its effect on the colon.I was happy to originally purchase Super Oxley Flush for $25 and some change. However, when I went to repurchase the product about a month ago I discovered that the price went up to $32.00. I waited a month hoping that the distributors would revert to the original price of $25.00, but as of March 9, 2017 I now find the price at an unbelievable $47.00. What a load of crap! I believe in capitalism and the right to make a profit, however, I don't appreciate price gouging. This concept of adjusting prices according to what the market will bear is somewhat manipulative, and in the case of this very good product I'm afraid that the suppliers have gone too far and have priced Super Oxy flush out of the realm of reasonable cost.Based on my personal research I have found that pre-biotics, different than probiotics, are just as effective in providing the living bacteria within the colon the nutrition they need to do the same, if not better job, than Super Oxy Flush.
