I ordered the straw covers and charms with the letter E and the S. The letter E charm box was open but had all of the pieces but the letter S charm box was not only open the flower 🌸 straw cover was dirty, the grey R straw cover was missing completely and I did not receive 1 single S charm !REVIEW UPDATE::::: The company made contact with me via email to replace my order and w/ a full refund. I’m very appreciative for them not only making contact with me, replacing my items but also refunding me. My replacements came fast and as described. I would definitely order from their company again and definitely recommend.

The order I received had a missing charm of the butterfly on one of them. Ordered a replacement and I hope it comes in fine. Other than that these are super cute and nice. I love the straw covers and charms. The replacement came in and is missing two of the items. I did not get my replacement black charm and will be calling Amazon for all this trouble. ***UPDATE*** The seller reached out to me directly and was so nice to refund me and ship out the correct order with replacements for my items. Happy customer!

However, I was disappointed with the material. It turned out to be quite thin and not as durable as I had hoped. The quality of the material affects the overall usefulness of the accessories, so I’m unsure if I would purchase them again.

I don't have a Stanley cup, but I saw no problem using this to personalize my daughters generic tumbler, which also has a carrying handle. It's a great idea to differentiate it from others' cups.
