The product Was Good 👍 sturdy and As mentioned in the Website but I highly question the sellers on Amazon. I was delivered a Replaced product with scratches and black marks although I replaced it again on the same day the delivery was done but the new one also had some minor spots which I Had to clean In order to pass it to someone else

Two years sinch bought. So far no issues but blue color is not good for this type of product because scratches are easy to see in darker colours

I strongly advise against purchasing this suitcase. I was incredibly disappointed from the moment I took it out of the box.First, the product description is misleading. The photos advertise a crisp, white suitcase, but the actual product is a dull off-white color.Worse than the color mismatch is the appalling lack of quality control. The suitcase arrived looking damaged and hastily thrown together. Here is exactly what I found right out of the packaging:• Scuff marks and dirt in multiple spots across the exterior shell.• Terrible finishing around the zipper: The ends are very badly glued, and the rubber sealing is already separating and peeling off.• Visible debris: Bizarrely, there is literally a piece of masking tape and loose threads visibly sticking out from under the rubber trim.The only reason I am not returning this immediately is because I have an urgent trip and simply do not have the time to wait for a replacement. I am completely stuck with a damaged, poorly manufactured product.Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. The quality is completely unacceptable, and it looks nothing like the item advertised. Avoid this product!

I am confused 🤔 about the quality and value for money for the product I purchased!!! I don't know the product I received is the original ARISTOCRAT, I bought ARISTOCRAT trolley luggages from Amazon earlier, whichs outer body inner materials lining fabric Jeep stitching wheel folding handle everything is excellent, looks like ARISTOCRAT, a tag of ARISTOCRAT brand logo stiched with the upper pocket linear for brand identity, but the same is not found in the all three new suitcases, why??? Also the text ARISTOCRAT not showing on all' handle grips, I am not satisfied with the product!!! A long scratch line is showing on the upper body also the folding handle of the cabin size luggage is very week and not working as needed, it will be broken or damaged on any situations, overall quality is below the ARISTOCRAT mark.. the waranty card kit is missing in the all three luggages???
