Great product! Great Customer Service!
After my grandfather fell getting into his house, I purchased this ramp for the front door. He loves it and it gives him the confidence to leave the house.I'm not sure how long it's been since I got the first one and installed it but he asked for another one for the back door (he uses the door frame to get in and out but now it's summer he has his hands full of squash and tomatoes). So I ordered a second ramp for the back door.When it arrived there was a large hole in the package and the legs were missing. I sent an inquiry to Discount Ramps and they responded within hours! On a Saturday! They've shipped a replacement!

Great ramp - for my Mom
Great ramp - for my Mom, especially once it became hard for her to take that extra step. I use it for her wheelchair and remove when not in use. Very sturdy, great product.

Ramp may be a danger !
Ramp is not steady. Will have to anchor it down and all the paint has come off. Rather disappointed. The surface is now slippery. Very disappointed.
