This is a really well made pan, three ply aluminum and steel for even heating and strength. There is a weirdly stone-like, textured finish to the non-stick coating (using no PFAS or PFOA and no toxic metals), but that is to improve the non-stick performance. Be sure to let the pan cool BEFORE washing it, a sudden temperature change can cause damage to the non-stick coating. The 8-inch size is appropriate for our two-person household and we will retire two similar size pans of more shoddy construction (failed non-stick coating on one and the other is extremely thin, so it has very uneven temperature profile). There is a discrepancy between the Amazon page description and the descriptive booklet that came in the package. The webpage states "Oven-safe up to 446 degrees F" but the accompanying brochure says "Oven safe up to a sizzling 320° F", yet the booklet also states "The skillet's heating temperature should not exceed 240° C or 464° F" in the sentence immediately preceding the 320° F reference! I suspect that 320° F is a typo, perhaps the vendor will see this review and clarify that discrepancy. That suspected error is not significant enough to reduce the rating, though, this pan definitely warrants a five-star rating!

I actually really like these pans. I didn't know what to expect out of them initially but I really needed to replace a set I had as they had exceeded their lifespan. These have worked amazing and it's so true that you don't need to use as much oil because it distributes so well. I hope they last long and continue to cook the way they are up to now.

This frying pan is amazing. Super clever and intelligent design. 12 inches and outstanding performance for nonstick surface. No butter or oils required. High quality design and materials. Made from a quality stainless steel and aluminum. Heavy duty. Strong and durable. Built to last. The stainless steel handle remains cool while using it on the stovetop. Super strong, double riveted handle. Even heat distribution. Can be used in oven to around 450 degrees. Dishwasher safe. Would definitely highly recommend this awesome and super high quality frying pan. Overall, we are giving it’s versatility, high quality, ease of cleaning, strength, durability, and great tasting food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

This is a lovely compact pan for frying and sauteeing. The pan material is non-stick with a smooth finish that reminds me of worn, textured, stone. It is claimed to be free of toxins which is an extra comfort to me since we have birds in the house.A common thread with these kinds of pans is their ability to cook well with the minimum of oils; just enough to keep the pan surface from damaging. I was able to cook a breakfast steak and over-easy egg combo and the food just slid off of the pan and onto the plate. As with many similar products, medium heat is recommended but, to be honest, that’s mostly all you’ll need since the heat seems to distribute evenly over the cooking surface area.Take the time to follow the care instructions and I think you’ll have a great little pan for small fries, omlettes, mushrooms and all the good stuff that should give lengthy and reliable service in the kitchen.I like it so much I’ve ditched my sticky old eight inch pan for good!

This pan is absolutely beautiful with a comfortable stainless steel double riveted handle. The non-stick feature of this pan is the best of any pan I’ve ever owned. The cleanup is just a breeze with a warm soapy sponge being all that’s required. Being made from heavy gauge aluminum with a stainless steel base, it delivers very even heat. This pan works wonderfully on all cooktops including induction. It can be used in the oven for up to 320°F. I just love the fact that this is a healthy toxin free frying pan with a handle that’s always cool to the touch.

The first thing I noticed about this pan was the weight., the pan itself is stamped aluminum and several layers on the surface plus the weight of the steel handle make this a solid piece of cookware. The texture if the inside of the pan helps channel liquid when searing , The pan is heat rated to go under a broiler and the handle.design keeps the hands safe from burns. As far as the quality of the non stick surface it passed the fried egg test as looks like a durable surface This pan is further upscale from where I usually shop but the price doesn’t seem high for a top quality pan. Recommended

This is an excellent 10 inch skillet. It cooks evenly and it washes easily. It truly is nonstick--but not in a toxic or slick way. Some nonstick pans don't give the food a nice color or crisp (like fried eggs). This skillet cooks like cast iron, but it's lighter (but not too light!). The handle is high quality, and it stays cool--unless, of course, you put the skillet in the oven (and it's made for that, too). This is a high quality skillet. I highly recommend it.

This Pan is a little work horse. I tested it out making a cheese omelette. Next, I tried putting together a breakfast burrito with mushrooms, cheese & ham. It didn’t disappoint. Everything cooked nicely and evenly overall. When I was done, not even the cheese stuck to the pan. Needless to say, it was extremely easy to clean.The pan quality is great. The handle is a nice stainless steel design. The surface is irregular but the cooking has a nice random pattern. The pan can be used in the oven too.
