This product from Lipton is very misleading. While it’s true that it has zero sugar, the very first ingredient is maltodextrin, a carbohydrate made from chemically processed wheat, rice, etc. Maltodextrin is not low calorie - it has as many calories as table sugar. Worse, it has a higher glycemic index than table sugar and it causes sugar spikes, which can be dangerous for diabetics. And lastly, maltodextrin can cause weight gain. I’m not even sure what the purpose of this drink is as it isn’t good for any of the target markets.

For those who are sugar restricted,it is a very good choice

It's packed with chemicals which greatly reduces the tea taste. Won't buy again.
