Shipping was fast and these arch supports are great. I was having issues with my ankle due to walking up stairs a lot for a job, and I needed some kind of support. I decided to give these a try and I’m so happy I did! They are comfortable and really help support your arch. They fit well into my shoe and I didn’t need to cut them. They make walking easier and my ankle has now gotten better, I still keep these in my shoes because they are durable and give me the support I want. Highly recommended!
