Mechanic hubby is a fan!
We have spent a lot of money on shoes for my husband’s job as a mechanic. He is required to wear non slip with a steel toe. It doesn’t matter what brand we use, after 6 months they start to cause him pain. We were pleasantly surprised at how long these have lasted and still remain fairly comfortable. They are safe and so far (knock on wood) he has not slipped once at work. The heel height is just right for him as he hates the shoes that boost him. He said in those type he feels like he’s wearing high heels. I question how he knows what it’s like to wear high heels… Anywho of you go thru the fancy shoes quickly, get these instead. It’s got to be better to replace every 6-10 months than paying triple for shoes to last a year that are uncomfortable after 6 months. Then you have to buy orthotics etc. This is a way better value and they look good with pants or shorts.

Most comfortable and durable shoes I’ve ever owned
I’m extremely rough on shoes and these are by far the best pair of of shoes. This is the 5th or 6th pair I have bought since 2017 and I wear them every single day. I just received the 5th or 6th pair today. I’m super shocked that I don’t slip on ice during North Dakota winters where there’s snow and ice on the ground between November and late march early April normally. They fit so nicely and are true to size. The shoes are very durable. I work doing maintenance/handyman work including snow removal, lawn care, electrical, plumbing, hvac, construction (framing, roofing, flooring, painting, pressure washing, and so on. I would recommend these shoes to anyone. I’m 230 lbs now and I’m on my feet every day from 6 am to about 10 pm every day and these are without a doubt the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. The only suggestion I would give it's to buy some toe guards with these for way longer use

Loose fit, metal alloy toe safety shoes.
They're not too bad, definitely wouldn't get another pair though. I worked at a chemical regeneration plant and went through a bunch of boots, but the Timberland Pros were the best I've tried and still use today at the airport. Summer is here so I grabbed these. It's my fault completely, but I searched composite toe and these popped up and I didn't read it thoroughly. It would be helpful for tired late night shoppers if they popped "metal" alloy, but again that part is my fault. They're alloy toe so they set off the metal detector every time which is annoying but not a huge deal, that's why I won't buy them again. They also run a half size larger, I'm a 9.5 wide on 90% of shoes and boots but flopping around in these. It's a hassle to return them and wait for replacements so I'll keep them and use them when I do light electrical work around the house (another reason my brain went to them being composite toe is the electric rating) Quality and cushion is fine, but for a hundred I'll look for better match to my job.
