I bought one of these but after a few months it quit working. The seller offered a new one which was upgraded to fix the issue that caused my first one to stop working. The new one is great and the seller was fantastic with tier customer service.The red light pad works well and really helps with recovery.

Easy to use and takes up little space ! This item works well and I’m happy with the In far red light therapy. There wasn’t any foul smell that I could attribute to the product and my nose is very sensitive

I’ve had it 3 days, and am happy with it so far. I injured my knee, and it lacks collagen now. I was experiencing nerve pain going down the same leg. I first applied the Red Light Therapy Pad around my knee. It got warm and relieved the pain. Yesterday, I applied it to my lower back in addition. It relieved the nerve pain that I had experienced.. today, I applied it from my lower back all the way up to my neck. It was then, my nose cleared, and I felt more air exchange all the way to my lungs. My upper respiratory breathing felt more clear than it had in years.Time will tell how long that lasts, but I’m happy to do it every day. I can use it anywhere. I feel pain in my trunk or limbs.It is quick and easy to use.For what it does, it’s very economical.I highly recommend this red lighttherapy pad.Merwinna Stevens

This doesn't really work

Seems to work fine but there is no explanation as to the purpose of pulse vs power level.

I originally purchased this mat in Dec 2024. After using it for several weeks, I noticed that it didn't always light up and that the plug where it attached to the mat was hot. It was just a couple of days out of the return window, but I went ahead and called Amazon anyway, since the mat has a warranty. They connected me with the seller through messaging, and I was sent a brand new mat. The Amazon rep, Guru, even called me back a few days later to see if my issue was resolved. Rikimxin_Official was easy to work with, especially their rep Liya. Since receiving the new mat, I have noticed that the design has been changed, so maybe they saw this issue and corrected it.Overall, I am very happy with my mat (headed a sprained ankle with it) and very happy with the customer service!

I purchased this in December, 2024. The plastic power connection to the mat melted and it stopped working on February 2, 2025. This was 2 days after the return window closed. This is not durable enough to stand up to normal use.
