Infimobile is a Verizon reseller. If your phone does not do Verizon frequencies you will have problems. Use the verification site for your phone before ordering.My lte BLU G91S should not work with this network. It works great as a data plan, texts Ok but will not phone because the BLU is missing the phone frequencies.I love it since I hate talking on the phone and dealing with spam calls. I am finally training everyone to call my Google number if they want to talk.The data works great in the national Forest and on road trips.The price is golden.The only downside is paying $5 a month more to add a hot spot.

I followed the instructions to transfer/activate my service. It said it was successfully activated, but I didn't receive any confirmation email. When I contacted customer service, they said it would be ready within a few hours. However, after a couple of days, it still wasn't activated. I planned to return it but was informed that I would be charged a full or partial restocking fee. This feels like a scam!

Before purchasing this service I visited the Infimobile website and checked service area and compatibility which said my device was perfect for their service I have a factory unlocked S23 Galaxy.I received the sim card in mail(USPS) so from order to delivery was slow as expected.I read instructions and followed them to which were clearly printed on inside of flap with the enclosed Sim. I am very happy with call service and found calling is better than my old service another prepay(Liberty). But my 10gb data is non existent I called Customer service who when answered is a little bit hard as agent that helped me speaks in broken English. I was given a website to visit to troubleshoot the problem myself which only provided basic at best reasons to why the data is not working. I tried the turn off wifi, mobile data switched on, airplane mode, few others and restarting the phone with no success each time.At this time I cannot recommend Infimobile as I have no data access from their service hopefully this can be resolved and I can give a complete review of Infimobile and update thier score of only 2 stars.Update: I called Infimobile CS on Tuesday morning 🌄 the phone was answered on 2nd ring👍 the lady on other end spoke with a heavy accent but I was able to understand her. I proceeded to tell her that I have been with any data since I started with Infimobile and the last time all the agent did was give a website to visit so I could troubleshoot the problem myself. So this lady asked me a few questions and checked my apn which I did not have anything there she gave me a series of letters to put in different places and restart the phone I did this and bam bam bam everything works now so as I said earlier I love the phone part of Infimobile cell service and sin e problem is now resolved without much headache I will update the score to 4 out of 5 just because I had to make a 2nd call to Infimobile and believe that this should of been taken care of in the 1st phone call.

Works for the Rabbit R1 but needed to call customer support to get them to set up. Then even after that is to some time before it became active. I almost have up but about 15min later it started working and works really well after that. Coverage seems good and I can see on a website how much data I am using. So set up a little difficult but overall well worth this great Amazon price.

Ordered SIM after checking imei and it doesn't work with my phone. I paid for 6 months of service either going in trash or I need to buy new phone. I'm new to Amazon hopefully they can resolve this...

Love infimobile service, reliable, no dropped calls. Data varies I get anywhere from 15mb (1bar reception , similar trouble spot in my basement w my previous cell provider on mint, unreal mobil and red pocket) )down to mb241 (full bars). Great service for what little I pay for. Cheapest service plan for what I need.

It seems a lot of reviews people buying this before they have checked their IMEI on their website. Just because your phone is unlocked doesn't mean it will work just everywhere. I had a great experience here. I had to contact customer care and that went fine as well. They quoted around 5 hours for it to activate but it was much faster. (I believe less than an hour for me) The service since I've had it has been great. To get phone service under $10 a month (with promo code that isn't on the amazon website anymore) it truly awesome! If you are reading these reviews looking for a phone keep in mind not everyone is great with technology.
