My cats now have more privacy and were comfortable using this right away. I couldn’t finish assembling it and one of them was trying to use it lol. It’s great for odor elimination and I only have to change the bag once a week instead of scooping daily! Yes it’s costly, but damn is it great to have one! Especially for the elderly or disabled. I’ve only owned this for a few days now but I can’t live my life without one of these now. There’s an old saying that once you go…..lol. The only downfall for me is that one of my cats loves to interrupt the cycle religiously like it’s a toy. My other cat doesn’t care and lets it do it’s thing. Hopefully he’ll get bored of it one day but that’s my only gripe so far lol. 5 out of 5⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This product is terrible and so is the seller/customer service. The app doesn’t notify me when my cats use the bathroom, I have to physically go on the app to even clean the litter box, it’s loud, you can’t even walk near it without it sensing you and making the cycle stop, yet it started cleaning randomly when my cat was in it. This thing is a pos and doesn’t work, don’t buy it.

I tried this automatic litter box for under three weeks, and unfortunately will be returning it.At first, thought it would be a nice time saver for cleaning the litter regularly. I currently scoop every one to two days when using a large litter box for two cats.This touted that it could hold a week of waste before needing to be emptied. I found that not to be true, but that it would only hold about 2 days — so no time savings, as the process of removing the bag of waste and replacing it involved lots of work: disassembling the back covers (two pieces), and making sure a metal rod was correctly placed in the lower bin, to hold the new bag in place.Additional issues were found with the cleaning process: a few times, it emptied out the litter entirely into the waste bin, so had to be refilled.Other times, it stopped mid-cleaning, throwing a sensor error (such as something stuck.) Likewise, it would stop if it “sensed” something in front of it, even if it hasn’t finished the cleaning cycle. This is an understandable safety feature; however, when that happens, a cat can re-enter the unit. On one occasion, when that happened, my cat continued to use the partially-full bin during the night. Since the machine didn’t clear the waste, it required cleaning the whole thing the next day.Ultimately, it was good experience of what to look out for in a future automatic litter box.

It was fine for a self cleaning litter box. It did control the smell. However, only one of our three cats will use it so we still have to have our regular box. It is small, our one cat is 18 pounds and would only go half way in. The app will tell you when it’s cleaning or if the unit needs emptied but does not record weight or length of time using the box. Not worth the money to keep.

This automatic litterbox has been the best purchase I have made for my cats! It saves me so much time because I'm not having to clean a litter box every day. It works great and I love that I can connect my phone to it to get notifications about when the trash bag gets full. It also helps cut back on the odor associated with a litter box. I couldn't be happier with it!

I do like this automatic litter box & find it very helpful. I would overall recommend.Couple things to know, in order to get this to link you need the 2.4 ghz WiFi, but my WiFi wouldn’t let me access this. So buying a cheap ($20 or less) WiFi extender worked perfectly (will help me connect to other accessories such as plugs & lights!). This gives you a 2.4 ghz WiFi to connect to & it all works great.It automatically cleans after each use. Instructions state it will clean every 12 hours regardless, so I wasn’t sure if those were the only times, but nope, after each use it waits several minutes then cleans. YAY! Truly automatically!As one poster stated they dumped the whole thing, I did too, but it’s because I hit the “clear” not “clean.” Not sure if that was their issue, but I had the same first concern until I figured it out.My only complaint is the trash bin is a little tricky to get the bag in & out of with the top part to connect appropriately. Otherwise, it has been working well and very helpful.I do wish I could tell the device there are 2 cars because it will send an alert that there is excessive use & to check on my cat. The thing is it’s because there are 2 using it, not one. Not sure if there is a fix for that.Otherwise, I do recommend. I just hope it lasts years without problems because with automatic machines you just never know.

This thing sucksss. It’s my first automatic litter box and I definitely wish I would’ve spent more money on a better working one. Based on reviews I figured it’d be 50/50. It will randomly stop working and I have to open the front and lift it up and re adjust it. I’m currently watching it right now and it stopped halfway even tho nothing was in front of it to set off the sensor. I am not pleased and I don’t have money to replace it until further notice. The app definitely isn’t meant for this type of thing. It only has a cleaning button and empty button. It only tells me my cats weight if she’s currently in it, doesn’t keep track of anything. DO NOT BUY THIS, save your money for a better one! This gives me more stress than actually scooping a box daily.

This keeps the litter clean. It rotates to remove all the waste right after the cat's use it. I have two cats using this one and I was worried it might not handle two of them, one rather large but it does just fine.It also has filters to help with odor. Despite the front being open I don't smell the catbox like I did with my old one. It's easy to use, the setup was a breeze and I couldn't be happier. Just remember you need 2.4hz network for this. 5hz won't work. Luckily my wifi setup does both but you should check.
