Ordered this after the price of my usual brand rocketed up. Glad I did though as this is lovely rice, cooks really well - 1 cup rice to 1 1/4 cup of water, in the pressure cooker for 22 mins with 10 mins natural pressure release and it's perfect. Don't think I have ever had a bad product from this company.

Expensive, tastes good, but doesn't play nice with rice cookers
I'm not really sure why, but this just never played nicely in my rice cooker using the standard programs, and you have to use a lot less water than normal

BE WARNED: Not necessarily gluten free! May contain traces of cereals containing gluten
The product information is not correct. It states that it is gluten free and the picture of the label does not specify that it may contain traces of cereals containing gluten. However, the label on the product I have received (see picture) clearly states that it may contain cereals containing gluten. As a celiac, I cannot take the risk that this may contain gluten which I why I am returning the product. Update your product information so that it is accurate!
